Gojo-dori Street

Gojo-dori Street is one of the main arterial roads in Kyoto Japan.  It runs in an east-west direction though downtown Kyoto.  The street is home to many restaurants and shops.

Visitors to Kyoto can catch a bus from the city centre heading east along Gojo-dori Street to access that historical shrines in and around Kiyomizu.
