Maruyama Park

Maruyama Park is a beautiful park located in eastern Kyoto.  The park is nestled in Eastern Mountains (Higashiyama) and is beautiful at any time of the year.

Thousands of Japanese and foreigners visit the park each spring when its cherry trees are in blossom. Maruyama Park is Kyoto's most famous destination for viewing cherry blossoms.
